I sold my 1981 Kawasaki KZ750 LTD a few months ago. To be honest I had not been riding it much, and every time I rode it something required my attention. The carburators in particular were very troublesome. Modern gas with ethanol is awful on old rubbers and plastics.
At the same time, my dad found a 2025 Moto Guzzi Mandello for sale at a good price. What to do with his 2014 Moto Guzzi Norge 8V?
Well, I have always wanted an Italian bike. And I like comfortable bikes, I’m past the point of wanting to pretend I’m Valentino Rossi.
So, long story short…the Norge exchanged hands.
